Magnolia Estates was established in March 1993 by Eddie Upshaw and Shane Upshaw. 

This father and son team has developed this sales center into one of the most successful companies in the South with Shane as president and general manager and Eddie as vice president and a team of employees contributing over 100 years of experience in the manufactured housing industry.

Shane grew up working along side his dad so he has a vast knowledge of the industry from top to bottom.

Shane is married to the former Miss Susan Shipp of Yazoo City.  The Upshaws have three children: John Owen, 10; Grace, 8; and Phillip, 6; and are members of the Presbyterian Church in Vicksburg. 

Shane was recently elected president of the Mississippi Manufactured Housing Association for a second term.  He is a board member of Britton and Koontz Bank.

Magnolia Estates began as a family owned and operated company with the goal of providing affordable housing to the communities in and around Mississippi and neighboring Louisiana.
