When they say "built different" they mean it. Such a breath of fresh air in the mobile home industry. Danny and Cole worked a deal for us, listened to everything we said, didn't try to push us in to anything, and genuinely cared about every worry we had. 10/10 recommend!

Cole Hinnant was the absolute best! After searching many mobile home locations, he was very quick to reach out personally. That meant a lot! He has gone above and beyond to help us. He’s answered every question in a very timely manner. We appreciate him and most definitely recommend him!!!

We had a really great buying experience. We bought during the black tag event and we loved how the price was listed for you to see so that you can have an idea if the home is in your price range before you get too far in the process. Colton made the experience pleasant and less stressful for my husband and I. He was very attentive and helpful when there were things we didn’t quite understand or was confused about. He was always there when we needed him. He also communicated very well throughout the whole process. Our home was delivered the morning after closing 🎉😁We haven’t quite gotten moved into our home yet, so I can’t speak for the whole experience yet but I know that if as good as the buying experience it will be 5 star.

Most salesmen would never go above and beyond like he did to help her. I am so amazed by it. when I tell you that Jared at magnolia is amazing, I mean it. From the moment I pulled in the parking lot to the time I signed those papers he basically held my hand through it all. It didnt matter what stupid question I asked him he always answered with a smile. He never blew smoke up my behind like all the other salesmen did. I told him what budget I wanted to stay in and he never tried to sway me to pay something i was not comfortable with. Idk he was just really nice and treated my family so much better than any of the other places. He was the only one who actually was interested in trying to put my family into a home despite my not so great credit score. If you are serious about getting a home and you want to be treated respectfully and not like you are just another sale to someone then i really think you should go and ask for Jared at Magnolia. I'm talking ask for him and only him. He treated me with dignity and respect the entire time. He also was really good to my kids. Most other ppl treat my kids as if they are a bother bc they are autistic and can be a bit much. However Jared was kind to them and made them feel welcomed which made me feel more as ease through the process. I could keep going but i think you all get the point im making. This 5 stars are not only for the "company" but mostly for Jared. Had he not have been the guy i happen to run into the first day I probably wouldn't have even gotten my kids dream home. He was placed in our life for a reason. I plan on keeping in touch long after home is set up and done.

If you are looking for a home, go see Mary Nelson at Magnolia Estates of Pearl. She made this process so easy and helped me decide exactly what I was looking for. And when you meet her she makes you feel llike you have been friends forever. Mary is so knowledgeable about everything involved in the purchase. And she also will take your call on her days off. She truly cares about her customers and not just about making a sale. There are alot of mobile home dealers around the area, I visited them all but decided to purchase from Magnolia Estates because of the great customer service. And they also have the best referrals for dirt work, electrical, and plumbing. Everyone that was recommended has done an excellent job.
